1) The client agrees to pay 30% deposit on order and the balance directly on completion of the job.
2) The client agrees to pay interest for late payment at the rate of ten percent (10%) per month calculated on a daily basis until payment is made.
3) The Turf Doctor Ltd accepts no responsibility for new weed growth.
4) All driveways/paths and underground services are the responsibility of the landowner;
5) Watering is the responsibility of the Client;
6 ) All goods remain the property of The Turf Doctor Ltd until paid for in full;
7 ) Acceptance of our estimate/quote is required either via email or hardcopy prior to commencement of work on the Client's property.

8) Acceptance of our estimate/quote, is acceptance of the above conditions.
