Before
you start your lawn installation, you need to PLAN your
layout. Do you want gardens? Do you want a flat, terraced
or sloping lawn? Satisfy these and other questions first.
The most critical part of a new lawn is the PREPARATION.
Attention to the sub strata and drainage is critical,
then preparation of the soil, mineralising it (from clay,
sandy, loam etc) with the required compost, minerals,
phosphates, fertilisers etc, to the composition which
will give your lawn every chance to promote vigirous growth.
Choose your application wisely. Seed, Readylawn and Hydroseeding
all have their respective advantages. Different situations
suit each application and cost is also a consideration.
The
Turf Doctor has the staff skilled in each application,
ready to discuss the choices with you and advise the most
suitable for your lawn area.
